Returns DO NOT apply to digital personalised items and digital download items.
We provide a design proof for your approval before printing any printed personalised items, we only print them after receiving your approval. If you receive printed items with an error due to our mistake, we will gladly reprint and resend the item to you or provide you with a refund within 30 days. You need to let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email within 30 days if any error occurs. Please include a proof of the error with your email. We will strive to rectify any problem for you.
We unfortunately cannot provide any refund for personalised and non-personalised digital download items due to the nature of the products.
